1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zohacollection.com and any purchase made through our site. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All our products are handmade. Because each piece is individually crafted, slight variations in color, size, or pattern compared to product photos are normal and not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are current at the time of browsing. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive confirmation via WhatsApp or the contact details you provide. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there's an issue with the delivery address, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. Orders paid via bank transfer are processed once payment is confirmed. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shared with you at checkout or via WhatsApp. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because every item is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed, except where the product received is damaged or significantly different from what was ordered — in which case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

8. Customization

Some products can be customized on request (size, color, or design details) via WhatsApp before an order is confirmed. Once a custom order is confirmed and in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, product designs, and text — is the property of Zoha Collection and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zoha Collection is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
